Senior Ecommerce and Direct Mail Coordinator – Luxury Jewellery
Looking for a driven and passionate multi-channel Ecommerce/Online Marketing & Direct Mail Coordinator to join an iconic and world-renowned global luxury jewellery brand in London.
Senior Ecommerce and Direct Mail Coordinator – Luxury Jewellery – The Role:
This role involves working closely with external agencies and internal departments. You will come from a multi-channel marketing environment focusing on search marketing, direct marketing, including email and direct mail.
Work with agencies to create, implement, manage, optimise and report on effective PPC and search campaigns for UK and European markets.
Execute direct marketing campaigns and drive qualified responses to all sales channels.
Direct marketing campaigns including email and direct mail.
Distinguish between customer acquisition and customer retention activity and design campaigns to deliver goals on both levels.
Identify KPI’s and ensure that all campaigns are thoroughly and accurately tracked and reported on.
Support the path to conversion process and utilise channel integration and multiple touch point customer journeys to optimise promotional spending.
Senior Ecommerce and Direct Mail Coordinator – Luxury Jewellery – The Person:
Solid experience in a results driven multi-channel luxury marketing environment, with exposure to UK and European markets.
Experience of managing budgets, promotional spending and external suppliers/partners.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Expertise knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, channels and platforms.
Understanding of offline and direct marketing, including CRM and all online KPI’s controlling performance and ROI.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools e.g. Omniture and Google Analytics.
Be commercially minded, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Relevant degree and/or professional qualification.
Exposure to running Ecommerce in partnership with a contact centre.
An European language would be a bonus
Working knowledge of HTML and experience of using web centric tools.
Senior Ecommerce and Direct Mail Coordinator – Luxury Jewellery – The Package:
• Offering a salary of around £30,000, dependent on experience
