Overview

Our client is a specialist web development and programming agency. They provide a range of web development, design, marketing and programming services to a variety of clients – from small local businesses up to multi-national corporations. 

Responsibilities – Senior Account Manager 

  1. Manage the relationships between the digital agency and all clients.
  2. You’ll manage the relationship throughout the process of website design, build and maintenance projects – communicating progress, guiding clients and helping push projects through to successful completion.
  3. Growing client accounts financially by exploring new opportunities and solving problems 
  4. Quoting for new work for existing clients and helping during the sales pitch process.
  5. You will have a close eye on project budgets, profitability and client satisfaction.

Skills Required – Senior Account Manager 

  1. Superb communication skills – written and verbal
  2. A friendly, confident and client-focused nature
  3. xperience Required – Senior Account Manager 
  4. Past experience working within a digital agency is essential
  5. While this is not a technical role, some understanding / experience of web development would be a great advantage
  6. A thorough understanding and working knowledge of website project delivery processes
