Our client, a well established, vibrant creative agency in Somerset are currently seeking a Senior Designer/Creative Director to join their studio. The successful candidate will be capable of taking projects from the initial brief, developing concepts and working them through to final visuals to an exceptional standard. 

You’ll ooze creativity and be able to express your ideas effectively on paper, in front of clients and on the Mac. You’ll have excellent experience of working in a busy studio and be able to inspire, direct and motivate other Designers. 

Senior Designer/Creative Director Duties Include:

1. ·Taking client briefs and making creative suggestions to exceed expectations.
2. ·Developing concepts and forming creative solutions.
3. ·Working through to final visuals to an exceptional standard.
4. ·Inspiring, directing and motivating the design team.

Senior Designer/Creative Director Skills Required:

1. ·Solid experience gained within a busy creative agency.
2. ·Stunning portfolio full of creative gems.
3. ·Excellent communication skills with the ability of expressing your ideas to clients.
4. ·First class mac skills and the ability to hand draw ideas.
5. ·Team orientated and inspirational.
