Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Campaign Manager on a 14 month maternity cover. The role will involve supporting the implementation of an innovative and effective multi products and multi channels customer acquisition marketing strategy, contributing to the expansion of the brands to attract new to customers. The successful candidate will also participate actively in the delivery of an innovative and effective customer acquisition strategy by leveraging all available insights (consumer, media, competitive landscape etc…).
Role and responsibilities:
- Contribute actively (and pro-actively) to the development of the annual acquisition plan to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
- Contribute actively (and pro-actively) to the quarterly forecast taking into account the performances of previous campaigns.
- Responsible for providing regular updates on the effectiveness of all marketing activity and for preparing regular reports.
- Drive the implementation of the marketing activity plans in line with the agreed strategy and within the agreed budget. Pro-actively recommend adjustment to these plans based on the performance of previous campaigns
- Responsible for the delivery of all activity to a tightly defined schedule.
- Contribute actively to the development and implementation of tests activity across data, media, proposition and creative to drive increasingly effective customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the knowledge management team on requirements for customer insight and data to drive effective customer acquisition.
- Work collaboratively with agency partners (creative, media, research) to develop and produce integrated marketing material
- Responsible for ensuring that all marketing activity is produced within brand guidelines and satisfies all regulatory criteria, TCF Compliance requirements and adheres to sign off processes.
- Contribute actively to the professional development of the campaign manager and campaign executive (empowerment, share knowledge, conduct performance review, etc…)
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role delivering marketing campaigns
- Educated to a degree standard, with or studying for a recognised marketing qualification.
- Experience in multi channels direct response marketing.
- Experience in contributing to the development of integrated marketing strategy
- Numeracy skills to calculate activity volumes, costs, response rates, conversion rates and resulting sales.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills to interpret key metrics and ability to analyse data and use it to inform decision making.
- An ability to manage complex campaigns and multiple tasks simultaneously
- An ability and experience of working collaboratively with external agencies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to forecast, schedule and deliver marketing activity to budget and timing plan
- Ability to clearly communicate marketing plans internally
- Competent in budget allocation, monitoring and reporting
