Reporting into the Group Account Director, you will be working on an account for one ofthe major blue-chip clients, running their CRM programme on a day-to-day basis. You will be supporting the Group Account Director and Managing Director on implementation and development of the core CRM strategy, creating digital campaigns that drive acquisition and build engagement.
It’s asmall agency so you will need to be a self-starter, ideas generator and have initiative. You should be a natural in front of clients and can easily build relationships. You must be able to multi-task projects within tight time scales. You should also possess a strong analytical understanding as this role requires reporting and subsequent strategic direction of digital campaigns.

Reporting into the Group Account Director, providing day-to-day management of all CRM activities
Creation and delivery of all digital assets, from briefing to delivery
Liaison with third party database management supplier, managed by the agency on the clients behalf, to support and deliver technical and data requirements for digital CRM campaigns
Analysing post campaign data in order to make recommendations for future strategic direction
Creation of PowerPoint presentations as and when required
Support in the creation of plans to leverage the database asset with the objectives of retention and engagement
Support in the creation of acquisition strategy, from concept generation to deployment
Instill best practice methodology for digital campaigns
Work with the wider team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of all project management
Responsible for the financial reporting of all projects using Traffic system, creation of quotes and invoices

FMCG, Retail, Consumer marketing experience within an agency environment
