Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an Online Experience Specialist (Maternity Cover) within the financial sector. Financial experience and knowing how to communicate financial information in an easy to understand manner would be an advantage but not essential.
The aim of this role is to manage the Intermediary and consumer mortgage websites, whilst proactively identifying and delivering improvements in line with the company’s strategic objectives. In this role you will ensure the best possible online experience for their Intermediary mortgage customers and create a ‘best in class’ customer journey to encourage customer satisfaction, repeat visits and optimal conversion. In addition, you will be required to work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement improvements to their Intermediary site. As an online experience specialist, you will act as point of reference, provide guidance and share your knowledge with our internal customers. You will support the acquisition function including affiliates, display, social media and email. Managing the development of appropriate content that adds values. Develop and improve onsite tracking and analytics for both internal and campaign activity.
It is essential that you are articulate, numerate, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. In addition you will be a team player who enjoys problem solving and working to tight deadlines. You will need to have a positive and flexible attitude and enjoy working in a very fast-moving environment. A Marketing qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
Due to location own transport is essential
