Responsible For  – Marketing and Events Assistant

Database management and marketing communications support for the London Region. Supporting and assisting the Marketing team including event organisation, event communications and marketing and event administration.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing and Events Assistant

This person will be responsible for the following – 

Client Insight  

  1. ·Organising and implementing appropriate client research.
  2. ·Ensure that we monitor and follow up with clients 3, 6 and 12 months after attending events to measure the impact of our events and the client journey

 

Lead Generation

  1. ·To research prospective leads using all available resources to ensure that high quality leads are supplied to the ITAs
  2. ·Develop a monthly analysis of new leads generated through profiling of clients

 

Analysing Feedback for UKTI Activities 

  1. ·Analyse the success of all London events and exhibitions and training and missions, and perform data entry of clients attending the activities

 

Database Management

·To assist in the upkeep and growth of the London client database

  1. ·To contribute to the weekly reporting including analysis on Google Analytics and Communication statistics  
  2. ·To assist with running and managing data for ezines (creating mailing list)

Communications 

 

  1. ·Keeping the team informed of London Marketing team’s successes and activities 
  2. ·Design and populate marketing flyers and other collateral, while delivering e-marketing campaigns within the templates

Event Support

  1. ·Assist with the administration prior to and post events, e.g. assisting with the event profiling of clients for London activities and utilising the Client Data Management System (CDMS)  
  2. ·Event management support – contributing to event organising including communicating with speakers and attendees and supporting colleagues on the day of the event.
