Overview

This is a permanent opportunity for a Lead Service Designer in Madrid, Spain.

This role will suit those coming from a Service Design background – you will have a senior level of experience in delivering interface and service design solutions along with additional leadership experience within the area. You will have at least 8 years relevant experience overall.

The right person will have a strong agency background, and have vast experience in delivering projects for a variety of brands and companies.

This role will include elements of design, client-facing duties, team communication and project management. Overall, your aim will be to oversee and take responsibility for the delivery of projects such as client pitches and internal developments.

You will have a proven track record of leading teams, strong interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of what it is to work for a successful digital agency.
