Mid Level User Experience Designer – Manchester

An exciting opportunity has presented itself with a client of ours in the Manchester area. We’re seeking a hands on mid level UX IA/ Interaction Designer who has strong cross platform experience. Manchester has become a real hot spot for UX over the last year and this would be a great chance to be involved in that. This is a permanent position, the ideal candidate will have a product focus to their previous UX experience.

The focus will be shifting away from desktop and more towards mobile and tablet/ touch point. It is a mid weight UX role and we’re after a designer who has hands on experience and can showcase those skills in a well crafted portfolio that shows the free hand stages of the process through to the deliverables. The ideal UX IA/ interaction designer for this role will have the experience of seeing projects through end to end.

User Experience designers with examples of working across mobile and tablet/ touch devices would be of great. Someone who has the experience of client side as well as agency side experience would be great. The right candidate for this role will be degree level qualified in a relevant UX field. Our client has offices around the country, so a great opportunity to learn from other team members and work in different locations.

The more cross platform work that can be presented the better, an absolutely fantastic client and a really good chance to develop in an environment where UX is a core focus. You’ll be able to develop to more senior level roles as you work with some very experienced seniors.
