Overview

A superb client side role for a senior UX designer looking for work in the North of the country. This is a senior User Experience interaction design/ information architect role for a cross platform UX designer. The right person for this role will be a fantastic hands on UX designer, someone who is able to manage and lead their own projects. We’re seeking a collaborative member to join an in house team and work with others to make key product decisions.

The senior UX designer successful in this role will have cross platform experience, mobile and tablet experience is a lot more desirable over typical desktop work. We’re seeking an experienced UX senior who is able to showcase and best in class UCD processes and methodologies. Being able to understand and conduct research is important as we want to be able to get a first hand understanding of the customers needs.

Being a senior user experience role the ux designers are expected to be able to show evidence of a high standard of work that you’ve been responsible for. We are looking for polished frames, portfolios that show methodologies, processes, screen shots, design specs, prototypes, persona’s etc. If as a senior UX IA/ IxD you have visual design experience/ appreciation that would be a bonus. User Experience candidates for this role would need to have a degree in a relevant UX related field (HCI, Psychology, Interactive Design etc).

We’re looking for a UX designer who is able to work in an agile environment, someone who is able to work with product managers, coders and analysts. Communication and presentation skills will separate the mid levels from the senior UX designers for this role. More information available upon request.
