Senior/ Lead Interaction Designer – London

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a hands on Senior Interaction Designer with Lead level experience. We’re looking for a senior designer who has experience in research, experience designing for  financial/ trading platforms or working with complex/ heavy data sets. Conceptualizing experience is an important component. We’re looking for a very collaborative interaction designer, someone who is confident in presenting to stakeholders and UX designers who can lead teams.

The senior IXD for this position should be comfortable working in a high collaborative environment, taking projects from sketch and posted note stage all the way through to high quality, polished wireframes and user flows. This is a client side UX Interaction design role with an exceptional organisation whose UX team is growing year on year. Exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to lead a UX team but stay involved in a hands on capacity as well. Exceptional UX facilities and a group of extraordinary UX designers to work with.

You’ll be expected to work with more junior UX designers to mentor and direct. We’re really seeking User Experience designers with exceptional design skills and knowledge. We’re looking for senior/ lead level candidates who are able to show examples of the high quality work they have done in a portfolio. Looking for examples of work that will give an indication of your processes as well as polished deliverables.

We’re seeking senior level candidates who have at least 5 years experience in a hands on capacity in the interaction design space. Working in this type of role we’d need someone who can mentor as well as lead, We want someone who is an interaction design guru with a plethora of work examples to match and highlight your experience.

The successful senior IXD for this requirement will have excellent communication and presentation skills. A fantastic opportunity with a market leading client, based in Central London.
