Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for a successful automotive dealership.  The business encompasses 3 sites in Worcestershire.

 

As a dealership they sell new cars & vans, all makes used cars, carry out service, repair & MOTs.   They also have a vehicle rental business that rents cars, vans, minibuses, 7.5Ton trucks, car trailers, box trailers and vehicle transporters.  They also have a Self-Storage business and all makes contact hire business.

 

Your key responsibilities will involve;

 

• Dealing with all aspects of marketing for the company covering all areas of dealership, vehicle rental, all makes contract hire and self-storage operations.

• Responsible for database management & data quality in terms of marketing critical content

• Marketing campaigns including mailshots (text, e-mail and i-mail)

• Internet marketing (PPC)

• Website management & SEO

• Social media campaigns & feeds

• Lapsed customer initiatives

• Customer loyalty & retention initiatives

• Placement of media spend in print & radio

• Web partners management – Autotrader, Motors.co.uk, RAC,. Ebay,etc.

• Managing a small team of marketing personnel ( 1 x full time assistant & 1 x part time outbound customer contact advisor)

• ROI analysis & feedback to Directors

• Provision of Prospecting data

 

Hours are Mon to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 and Saturdays as required/ad hoc. (Weekend events and subject to work load)  20 days holiday in 1st year and 22 days in subsequent years plus bank holidays.
