Boutique public relations agency specialising in corporate and financial services; specifically the investment sectors – presently recruiting Financial Copywriter 

We work with a range of clients within the alternative investment/corporate and financial sectors. The agency focuses on developing brand communication strategies; leveraging our knowledge of the financial markets   to create market appropriate messages to engaged target audiences – the majority of which are high net worth individuals.

The Candidate:

The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong background in financial copy writing, encompassing the below skill set:

–       Excellent financial services and investment relevant knowledge that is timely and underpins all written content

–       Copywriting skills that can encompass a variety of client and sector relevant voices

–       Corporate whitepapers that are informative and creatively written

–       Topical blog and company news posts that are timely and articulate (on behalf of clients)

–       Writing of annual reports and announcement of results

–       Copy writing marketing collateral such as mailers and targeted email correspondence

–       Basic SEO copywriting skills would be preferable 

–       Basic understanding of writing for social media platforms

–       Monitor and report on industry shifts and subsequent reactionary statements

Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):

–       Experience in the asset management or financial journalism industries is highly preferable

–       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

–       Well versed in a wide range of financial products and accustomed to describing financial markets, products and economic activity in clear, direct language

–       Effective collaborator

The initial contract is for 3 months, with a view to go permanent.
