Green Shoots Recruitment are helping a busy agency is looking for someone to join their creative and production department to provide support to their account handling team.  You will generally be based in the office, but will also go on-site to events and video productions when needed.  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Client Liaison – effective communication with clients as and when required throughout the project

• Project assistance – project management support for both event and video projects including research, telephone enquiries, props sourcing, call sheets, helping compile quotes and proposals

• Account Management support – assisting with administrative tasks such as booking travel, accommodation, mileage forms, project analysis and filing

• Supplier Liaison – research, sourcing products and props, negotiating costs, communicating and writing supplier/crew briefing information, quality control ensuring product/service is delivered to the standard required

• Financial management – assisting with quote and pitch document preparation, updating and tracking project budgets

• Briefing – communicating internal and external briefs effectively to ensure all relevant suppliers and internal departments are briefed on projects and clients are kept up to date as necessary

 

Person Specification

 

• At least 12 – 18 months experience in event production experience ideally in an agency environment

• Better still some experience in video and digital production as well as logistics

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Superb communication skills and able to communicate at a variety of levels

• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines whilst working on a number of events at the same time

• Ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated

• Able to hit the ground running and pick up new tasks quickly

• Able to prioritise and juggle many tasks, whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude

• Flexibility is an essential; travel is likely to be a large part of the role as we work nationally and internationally

• A driver’s license and your own transport is essential
