Overview

Our client a fast growing and exciting marketing consultancy are looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager to join their expanding team.

The primary focus of the role of the Digital Project Manager is to lead all day to day digital campaign activity across a growing list of clients. The Project Manager must ensure timely and efficient project delivery through a number of technical tools, maximise client satisfaction and proactively recommend best practise approaches at every stage of the project life cycle from compiling the user journey and developing content through to post campaign recommendations.  

This would be an ideal role for some one who has been in the client’s shoes and now wants to help and guide similar businesses to achieve the best possible campaigns. 

Role and responsibilities:

• Seeking out and taking briefs for new projects, managing the internal briefing and scheduling process for the campaigns
• Successfully managing own projects, while overseeing the execution of those of an Account Executive 
• Recording project progress within internal management tools on a daily basis and updating the Client Services Director
• Approving the quality of all campaigns across the client base prior to release to client for sign off 
• Delivering / presenting campaign results to clients 
• Setting up and attending meetings and briefings with clients

Skills and experience:

• Project Management skills
• Experience of managing digital projects
• Email marketing experience
• A good understanding of the core marketing principles – a clientside background would be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Effective time management skills when under pressure
• Strong financial awareness and numerical skills
