Overview

Green Shoots Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, for a busy full service agency, with at least 3 years’ experience within a similar environment.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will currently be working as account manager/senior account manager and possess a strong pedigree of agency experience, ideally within a full-service environment.
• With the ability to build and develop excellent rapport with clients from a portfolio of accounts – owning and growing these relationships.
• Also be able to identify and exploit new business opportunities within clients’ businesses and associated areas and cross/upsell wherever possible.
• They are looking for a tenacious multi-tasker with stellar time and project management skills – the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running. As part of this requirement, they should be capable of flourishing in a process-driven, albeit it fun, environment.
• A confident and articulate communicator, the candidate should demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of marketing as well as a can-do attitude, which will provide a good fit with the rest of the team.
• Experience of the home building market is desired but not essential.
• An understanding of the project management system Synergist will also be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of key client relationships
• Day to day management of portfolio of accounts, reporting to the Account Director
• Briefing and management of projects through the studio
• Client and supplier liaison/meetings
• Updating project management software
• Financial management – budgeting, estimating and invoicing
• Delivering presentations and collaborating in pitch planning, preparation and delivery
