Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Account Manager. Our client an established, expanding creative design agency with an excellent reputation, operating in the public sector. Following recent successes, they are now looking to extend our account services team by recruiting an additional account manager.

The role would involve both promoting our services to new clients and adding them to our growing portfolio, as well as working with our existing clients to develop their business with the agency. This will require an excellence in all aspects of account management and offering our clients a first class service from inception to completion.

You will be an integral part of a strong team that supports, and relies on, each other. A robust team ethic is therefore very important. The role would suit a successful, enthusiastic and tenacious account manager, hungry for success and looking to join an award-winning leading agency.

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate an excellent track record in a similar environment and possess sound project management skills. You must also have a good command of English, a strong level of self-motivation and the drive to bring in new accounts and develop existing business.

Due to the sectors we operate in, the ideal account manager will also have familiarity with the public sector marketplace. A background in the design or marketing industry would be a distinct advantage.
