Green Shoots Recruitment are helping a growing creative design and branding company based in Worcestershire, specialising in digital and print, with a wide client base mainly B2B recruit for an Account Executive with a year or two’s experience or an Account Manager.  It is essential that you have experience in the graphic design sector, are familiar with the requirements and processes involved, as well as having a keen eye for detail and a general interest in design. A good knowledge and interest in web and apps would be a huge advantage.

This is an ideal opportunity for an articulate and enthusiastic individual to further their career by working in a happy but busy design studio, working alongside the Managing Director and the design team to manage and co-ordinate design projects and ensure their clients receive the very best service. The appointment will enable the expansion of the company and will facilitate the Managing Director to take a more strategic role.  The ideal candidate should feel confident talking to and meeting clients to establish their requirements, producing an accurate design brief and communicating this with the design team, ensuring the project runs effectively and smoothly, ultimately ensuring the work is delivered on time and in budget.  The candidate will be expected to work with different clients to ensure their work is carried out on time and to a high level of quality. You should be keen to bring their existing experience to the table to help make improvements where necessary to help with the continued future growth and success of the business.
