Overview

Our client, a prestigious leisure brand are currently seeking a trainer that can work in the field training all their agents on the product, ensuring they have all the latest marketing information, helping them to organise small events,also organising some large events directly for them.

Main Responsibilities – Training Manager

1. Working with the sales team to provide training to all their agents in the most productive way.
2. To record all training event details.
3. To set multi agent training workshops.
4. Establish webinar training programmes.
5. Establish training to promote the online booking method.
6. Continuing product education to every level.
7.  Working with the marketing team to plan and execute consumer events.
8. To manage presentations at national exhibitions.

You will need- Training Manager

1. Strong communication skills
2. A proven track record of delivering presentations.
3. Ideally a training qualification.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. A clean driving licence.
