Overview

Our client, the leader in their field, are currently seeking two new Senior Product Managers to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their growth agenda and take end to end accountability for product profitability and a fantastic customer experience.

This is a very exciting time to join the organisation as they define and deliver the next generation of their product strategy, and within one of these responsible roles you will be responsible for making informed, insightful and commercial decisions.

Duties include:

• Handling the whole process from the development of compelling product roadmaps to ensuring the delivery of key product investment programmes necessary to lift your product portfolio to the next level of customer value.
• Using product metrics, identifying and tracking KPIs, taking action that ensures end user satisfaction, driving revenue and customer value.
• Working closely with sales and marketing teams, engaging regularly with customers and key stakeholders to champion the value of the product portfolio.
• Leading and empowering a team of highly skilled product managers, technical experts and agile development teams to develop new and enhanced products in a high achievement environment.

Skills required:

• Very Good track record of delivering new or improved products and services
• Very Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent knowledge of product marketing theory and practise
• Very Good track record in all aspects of Product lifecycle 
• Very Good track record in applying people management/development principles
• Leading and Communicating
• Changing and Improving
• Achieving Commercial Outcomes
