Overview

This is a brand new job with an exciting international firm based in the Thames Valley region of the UK. The firm in question are looking to build a new design team and one of the first profiles they are focussing on is a Graphic UI + Product Designer at a Mid or Senior level.

You will be highly skilled within the realm of graphic/ visual design – anything from sketching with a pencil and paper up to honing final designs on Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks or similar software. You will have 3+ years within a relevant role as a minimum.

You will have experience of not only coming up with new concepts for products/ user interfaces but also in seeing those ideas through to completion.

You will be able to showcase a cross – platform portfolio of Product and User Interface Design within the consumer electronics, appliance and device areas (TV, mobile, tablet, kiosk, home, industrial, device and so on). Those coming from large electronics companies will be of the most interest.

Travel is also a factor in this role – you will be interested in travelling to other European locations and keen to work out of other offices, meet other teams, and provide your expertise on a variety of projects.
