FMCG brand with a difference is searching for an inspired and inspirational Design Team Leader to develop outstanding creative solutions with their talented in-house team.This team is responsible for generating ideas and delivering great design across packaging, advertising, retail and internal communications.  As Creative Lead, this person will have a key role in making sure the brand is continually fresh and consistently creative across the whole business.  You will need to have a credible design background which includes a strong focus on packaging and experience working with FMCG brands.  This is a unique opportunity to help shape a much loved and respected brand and work with a team of bright and talented designers.

 What we are looking for:

 A natural and credible creative leader, someone with proven experience developing and managing a team. A conceptually strong lead who encourages creative thinking in others. Someone who can confidently advise on design best practice as well as neat and tidy creative support processes.

Someone who generally enjoys actively contributing to design projects and can get involved in art direction as required.

Someone who is knowledgeable about FMCG and packaging.
